The University pays utmost attention to the safety and security of its members and facilitated a safe environment that is free Sexual harassment. Cell ensures that Men and women can work together with a sense of personal security and dignity. Cell organizes gender Sensitization programs/Seminar/Workshops regularly. The Anti-Sexual Harassment cell ensures that the mechanism for registering Complaints is safe, accessible and sensitive. It takes cognizance of complaints about sexual harassment conduct enquiries provides assistances and justices to the victims recommend penalties and take action against the harasser, if necessary, ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) meets on need basis to address any complaint from students teaching and non teaching Members and takes necessary actions. It also makes arrangement for appropriate psychological, emotional and physical support (in form of counseling, Security and other assistance) to the Victim if so desires.
